1. About Our Services
At Sukiha, we provide a range of beauty and nail services, including luxury treatments, nail art & effects, extensions & overlays, polish & finishes, and basic care & grooming.
As we offer in-person services, “delivery” refers to how your appointment is scheduled and carried out at our salon.
2. Appointment Confirmation
- Once you book an appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation via email
- Your booking is only confirmed after you receive this message and complete any required payment
3. How Services Are Delivered
- All services are provided in person at our salon unless stated otherwise
- Your treatment will take place on the date and time you selected
- The duration may vary depending on the service and your individual needs
4. Arrival Guidelines
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment
If you arrive late:
- Your service time may be shortened, or
- Your appointment may need to be rescheduled
This helps us stay on schedule for all clients.
5. Rescheduling Appointments
- You can reschedule your appointment by giving at least 48 hours’ notice
- We will do our best to offer you a new time that works, depending on availability
6. Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment without notice:
- Your deposit may be forfeited
- You may be charged fully or partially for the booked service
7. Service Availability
- All bookings depend on staff availability, equipment, and time slots
- We may need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:
- Staff availability
- Maintenance or technical issues
- Operational needs
- Unexpected situations
If this happens, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.
8. Before Your Appointment
To make sure your service is safe and suitable:
- You may be asked to share basic health or nail/skin information
- If accurate details are not provided, we may need to adjust or decline the service
9. After Your Service
- We may give you aftercare instructions depending on your treatment
- Results can vary based on individual conditions and how well aftercare is followed
